Challenge

No sooner did Wray Ward begin working with the Moen Wholesale division than we immersed ourselves in exploring – and, with near-light speed, producing – the five annual catalogs* crucial to reaching its consumer and trade audiences. While the books had previously been produced by different entities, we welcomed the chance to evaluate them together, consistently elevate their design, find new ways to connect with audiences, and tell a stronger brand story throughout their pages.

* The Moen MF36 catalog was created in partnership with Moen’s price catalog agency.

Collateral

With magazine-like editorial content, streamlined layouts, a new approach to photography, the addition of “Who Knew?” items, and tactics for involving readers with digital tools, we helped bring fresh energy to Moen’s consumer-facing catalogs. On the trade side, we supported Moen’s sales team with strategic brand narratives, designs that highlighted technical features and benefits, and compelling case studies.

Results

Having met the challenge of producing all five catalogs almost simultaneously on a shortened timeline, we’ve received a highly favorable response from all audiences. We look forward to tracking digital downloads of the catalogs and other performance measures over time.
