Rob Horton

From paint to pizza, and challenger brands to category leaders, the names in Rob’s professional portfolio reflect a successful career fueled by his analytical thinking, effective problem-solving abilities and keen sense of leadership.

He spent 10 years with PPG Architectural Coatings/AkzoNobel Paints in marketing leadership positions targeting professional and consumer audiences. Brands for which he strategized innovative programs, rebranding initiatives and product launches included Glidden, Ralph Lauren Paint and Liquid Nails adhesive. He also served as director of insights and innovation for Nestle Prepared Foods Company and as the marketing manager for the company’s Stouffer brand. Prior to Nestle, he was customer marketing manager for The Coca-Cola Company.

Guiding our agency’s account leadership and project management teams, Rob also works closely with our Insights, Creative and Connections leaders. Together, they develop and execute creative marketing solutions that regularly exceed sales and business goals.

A Cleveland native, Rob earned his B.S.B.A. in marketing from John Carroll University and M.B.A. in finance and organizational behavior from Case Western Reserve University. A foodie, fitness junkie and self-described lifetime learner, Rob takes his passions and talents to his community work, including past board positions and pro bono work with the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, Beaumont School and Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland.
