Starting with the agency in 1993 as senior art director, Jennifer quickly moved up the ranks to creative director, garnering top industry awards along the way. She serves as president and chief creative officer, spreading her enthusiasm, focus and creative thinking to all areas of the organization. Her account experience is extremely broad, and she remains intimately involved in building our clients’ brands. Under her leadership, the agency has steadily evolved its core brand-building functions of client engagement, insights, connections and creative.
Jennifer is passionate about giving back to the community, and our agency has contributed thousands of hours in pro bono campaigns to causes including the first-ever statewide campaign to combat domestic violence in North Carolina, Arts & Science Council, Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, Goodwill of the Southern Piedmont, United Way of Central Carolinas and many more. In keeping with this philosophy, Jennifer serves on the boards of the Charlotte Chamber, Charlotte Mecklenburg Library and the Central Piedmont Community College Foundation and is a member of The President’s Advisory Circle at Johnson & Wales University. She has previously served on the boards of ASC and Charlotte Center City Partners.
Jennifer has received much recognition for her leadership, including the Charlotte Business Woman of the Year Award from Queens University’s McColl School of Business and the Women in Business Achievement Award from the Charlotte Business Journal. She also has won the Mint Museum of Art’s Spirit Award and ASC’s Mary B.A. Howell Award. Recognized by her peers in marketing communications, her achievements include Charlotte Ad Club’s Silver Medal Award and Women in Communications’ ACE Award.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Jennifer is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.A. in graphic design.
